West Babbitt Development

General Project Overview

The City of Babbitt has been working on the West Babbitt Development project since 2015 to expand housing opportunities within the City. The objective with this project is to provide developer land for single-family and multi-family housing.

The project consists of three phases for development of city land, although, currently, Phase 1 is the only portion in-progress.
