Individuals may inspect data in the office or have copies made of public govenrment data (at the current rate) and may be required to pay for all reasonable time and expenses required by staff to collect and prepare data that has been verified by the City of Babbitt Clerk-Treasurer (or other authority as designated) that the requested information is public data in accordance with the State Statutes and Model Policy. Requested public data will be provided as soon as reasonably possible.
A deposit of $100.00 may be required and payable to the City of Babbitt for the temporary removal of documents, if unable to be copied. The deposit will be returned upon satisfactory return of said document.
NOTE: Data requests can also be made in person, on paper, at City Hall at 71 South Drive, Babbitt, MN 55706.
